HR Generalist Position

We're looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist to support our HR Business Partners.

The HR Generalist role is a great opportunity to join our HR team, working closely with HR professionals, shaping processes and workflows that enable an excellent employee experience for HP-Indigo employees


Responsibilities

  • Be a part of the local HR team and provide ongoing administrative and HR processes support
  • Collect and analyze data and prepare high quality presentations
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and metrics
  • Prepare relevant materials for stakeholders, both locally and globally
  • Provide HR support to business groups on policies, processes, employee relations, people management, and career development
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience
  • Support in leading various HR initiatives across the company


    Education/Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Gratuated in HR relevant academic areas, such as social science, psychology, organizational behavior, or business related academic studies
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is a must, as well as all other MS office programs – Mandatory
  • HR related previous experience – an advantage
  • Task oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High drive for excellence and producing high quality product in a timely manner
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Passionate about people, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal skills- both in Hebrew and in English
  • Discretion and confidentiality while working with sensitive information
  • Personal integrity when handling confidential information
  • Team player, care and passionate about working with and for people.
