Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions delivered align with organizational goals. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous collaboration, and overseeing the integration of new features while maintaining system stability and performance. The engineer acts as the central liaison for all application-related activities, driving progress and facilitating communication across teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and transportation logistics.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle SCM Transportation Management applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware tools related to Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
