JOB DESCRIPTION:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Set clear offline business development strategy. Build solid offline pharmacy infrastructure and explore new business opportunities, including but not limited to health-exam centers, premium nursing houses, company group buy, etc.
  • Responsible for offline overall sales objective, and new consumer recruitment target. Allocate recourses to balance achieving sales and recruiting new users to achieve both targets.
  • Best leverage sampling program to recruit new users face to face offline through campaign, offline experience centers, etc. and make sure the resources are well managed by team.
  • Responsible for recruiting, coaching, cultivating and optimizing offline team and constantly improve sales performance.
  • Management of key clients in off-line retail areas, and construct influence of Abbott and its products.
  • Setting, training, assessing and optimizing of nationwide promoters, constantly improve promoter productivity and input-output ratio.
  • Plan, organize, implement promotion activities in the retail market, and handle various problems.
  • Follow company SOP to build and exam retail counters, light boxes and DM etc. in the channels so as to ensure the normal and orderly display.
  • Coordinate functions of various departments with the purpose of effectively supporting the development of offline new developed business.
  • Comply with code of business conduct policy of the company in a strict manner, and implement marketing plan, especially promotion activities of the company effectively.

Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor degree or above, business management, medicine, pharmacy or related field preferred

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 8-10 years or above sales experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices, work experience in foreign companies preferred.
  • 5 years or above team management experience, familiar with national diabetic product market, have relevant resources is preferred
  • Excellent sales sense and strong capacity of judgment as well.
  • Have good command of excellent leadership, team management capacity, outstanding market insight, and communication and negotiation skills.
  • Love sales, responsible and be able to bear pressure.
