We are seeking a Senior Manager in Sales & Account Management to join our global Sabre Direct Pay team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—expanding our fintech footprint across the travel industry by delivering secure, scalable payment solutions tailored to the needs of airlines, agencies and partners. As a Senior Manager in Sales & Account Management, you will lead commercial efforts across the APAC region focused on acquiring new customers and accelerating market adoption of Sabre Direct Pay. This role blends strategic business development with hands-on sales execution to drive growth in a dynamic, high-opportunity region. You will guide a small team through functional leadership, influence go-to-market strategies and build trusted partnerships that fuel long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional new business development initiatives targeting travel agencies and merchants across APAC.
  • Drive commercial acquisition and early-stage engagement to accelerate adoption of Sabre Direct Pay.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key partners, navigating payment modernization and digital transformation.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that support Sabre’s strategic and revenue growth objectives.
  • Provide functional leadership and coaching to a small cross-regional team in a matrixed environment.

Preferred qualifications and education

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, strategic sales or commercial partnerships.
  • Industry exposure in merchant payments, ecommerce acquiring or travel agency ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition and long-cycle sales engagements in APAC.
  • Experience leading or influencing teams through functional or matrixed leadership models.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align regional strategies to business goals.
  • Experience in handling customer engagement and negotiations with enterprise customers from Greater China region will be a plus.
