As a Senior Vendor Management Analyst, you will play a key role in managing global custodial and vendor relationships across North America. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help ensure strong governance, effective service delivery, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, gain exposure to global operations, and drive continuous improvements in vendor management processes. You’ll strengthen your expertise in vendor oversight, risk, and financial operations while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead vendor oversight activities, including scorecards, SLA tracking, and SOC report reviews
  • Analyze and validate vendor data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems (e.g., ProcessUnity)
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and support issue resolution and escalations
  • Monitor vendor performance, risks, and industry updates to support decision-making
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
  • Act as a point of contact for operations and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, vendor management, or operations
  • 2+ years of experience using MS Office tools, including intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • This role follows a fixed night shift aligned with North American business hours. Candidates should be comfortable working night schedules on a regular basis.
  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in risk, controls, vendor or custodian management
    • Knowledge of financial markets or asset management industry
    • Experience in process improvement or automation initiatives
    • Familiarity with reporting tools or systems (e.g., ProcessUnity, FACTIVA)
    • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
