Are you passionate about improving patient access to innovative therapies? Join our team as Country Medical Lead where you'll play a key role in expanding access to cutting-edge biosimilar medicines. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading biopharmaceutical company that is dedicated to bringing high-quality biologics to market at cost-effective prices.

Working as part of a wider team, but with sole responsibility for specialist centres across France from a medical affairs standpoint, key tasks will include:

  • Interactions with national, regional, and local customers (scientific discussions, presentations, data exchange, and education) such as clinicians, clinical investigators, and additional external stakeholders

  • Providing medical information and responses to complex medical questions from clinicians

  • Internal scientific support, training, and provision of an expert resource for colleagues

  • Coordination of scientific education activities and participation in events such as Advisory Boards and congresses

  • Supporting investigators, e.g., investigator-sponsored studies

  • Interactions with scientific societies and patient groups as appropriate

  • Collecting and reporting relevant information to the company, such as competitor information, treatment patterns, product prescribing decision criteria, supply situation, etc.

Qualifications :

  • Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc or equivalent).

  • Proven experience as a Country Medical Lead (CML) within the pharmaceutical industry in France.

  • Therapeutic expertise in Rare Diseases, Hematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, or Rheumatology. Experience with biosimilars is highly preferred.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

  • Fluent in both French and English.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across the territory.

  • Based in France with a valid driver’s license.
