Here's what we're looking for:

The Market Development Manager is responsible for being the RIS Go-To-Market point contact for an assigned solution/solution set of Digital Health Solutions in Roche Information Solutions portfolio. The position is responsible for ensuring the success of that solution through the Product Lifecycle Framework. For products that the Market Development Manager is not the ‘RIS Go-To-Market point contact’, they are responsible for supporting other Market Development Managers in identifying and driving pilots in their assigned country/market.

Your upcoming mission:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global go-to-market strategy in product squad(s) to which they are assigned

  • Key driver of the go-to-market strategy across the Product Lifecycle Framework for a product/solution set

  • Leading pilot activities in their country/market for other Market Development Managers and pilot products

  • Understand and identify new market opportunities - and develop strategies how to experiment moving the opportunity further

  • Develop business plans, the associated Business Model and Go-To-Market Strategy with their assigned affiliates/region

  • Gather and communicate customer feedback across the globe and assist with the prioritization within product roadmaps

  • Ability to think openly and experiment to find the best market fit for solutions

  • Liaise with the Global Business Development / Partnering team as appropriate

  • Generate and consolidate the relevant market information

Essential skills for your mission:

  •  Bachelors or Masters in IT, Business, Healthcare, Finance

  • Previous 3-5 years similar experience 

  • Comfortable working in white waters  

Bonus skills:

  • Domain knowledge (Health IT, Healthcare Transformation, Health Economics, Cloud-Based Solutions …) is desirable  

  • Great cross-functional capabilities

In Austria, we have a legal obligation to disclose the minimum salary according to our collective agreement, which is gross €3.455 - per month for this position. But!
