Highland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with 15–20 years of hands-on experience in the field. We're looking for someone who not only excels in veterinary care but also has a passion for mentoring and training others.
In this role, you will take the lead in onboarding and training new hires, sharing your expertise to build a strong, confident, and capable team. Key responsibilities include:
Teaching proper restraint techniques
Instructing on vaccine protocols and procedures
Training staff on the use of veterinary software and computer systems
Assisting veterinarians and support staff as needed in daily clinical operations
This is a vital position within our hospital, and we're looking for someone who is a natural leader, an effective communicator, and a team player committed to high-quality patient care. When not training a new hire, you will serve as a full-time tech.
