Highland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with 15–20 years of hands-on experience in the field. We're looking for someone who not only excels in veterinary care but also has a passion for mentoring and training others.
In this role, you will take the lead in onboarding and training new hires, sharing your expertise to build a strong, confident, and capable team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Teaching proper restraint techniques
  • Instructing on vaccine protocols and procedures
  • Training staff on the use of veterinary software and computer systems
  • Assisting veterinarians and support staff as needed in daily clinical operations
This is a vital position within our hospital, and we're looking for someone who is a natural leader, an effective communicator, and a team player committed to high-quality patient care. When not training a new hire, you will serve as a full-time tech.
