Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. Your typical day will involve analyzing and understanding various application requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making critical decisions to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop scalable and efficient technology architectures. - Lead and manage the implementation of technology solutions. - Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing complex technology solutions. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. - Hands-on experience with system integration and data migration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules. - Experience in leading technology transformation initiatives. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - 15 years full-time education is required. - Candidate should work from Gurugram or Mumbai office locations only. - Flexible to work in any shifts.
