- Plan, schedule, coordinate and taking minutes for weekly Site Leadership Team Meetings, quarterly business reviews, monthly Town Halls and yearly business cascade.
- Arrange GM’s and Leadership team travel arrangement booking/hotel/logistics/accommodation.
- Manage and track management office cost center according to budget and GM’s e-Claims expenses.
- Co-ordinate logistics arrangement with other sites’ secretaries for Global/Corporate VIP visitors.
- F&B arrangement to support VIPs’ visit, Quarterly Business Reviews/Strategy Plan Workshops/Town Halls and Companywide Business Cascade.
- Assist GM in preparing presentation slides for VIP visit and plant wide event.
- Assist GM in internal, external and corporate communication and reporting. Prepare communication content - infographics, memos, newsletters etc. for site announcement, Town halls, Business Presentation slides.
- Responsible for visual communication at site such as digital display, wall display, notice board, Yammer, brochure, catalogue, posters and banner.
- Owner of the media archive (old photos / videos), social media and responsible for data privacy for all new photo / videos
- Work with key internal stakeholders to brainstorm effective and innovative communication ideas to improve workplace productivity through internal communications.
- To manage all global & regional roll out program relevant to site Communication. To be the liaison person for all external communication with the Corporate Communication Team.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for company event and communication related projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business management or related field
- Min 3- 5 years of experience in providing support to senior management level
- Experience in manufacturing/ engineering industry would be highly advantageous but not a must
- Proficient in computer skills – Microsoft Office : Words, Power Point and Excel.
- Comfortable to be based at Tuas (transport provided from MRT)
