KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary duties include maintenance and repair of the conveyor system and associated support equipment such as Box erectors, strappers, wrappers, labelers, generators, air compressors and automated picking systems. Candidates will support Senior Facilities Technicians as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any arising issues with the systems and other building concerns. 
  • Candidate must be computer literate and capable of using MS Office apps and learning new software as needed to support production environment.
  • Individual will be required to support all shifts as needed.
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with employee’s and vendors.
  • Willing to embrace system and equipment learning and training.
  • General building and office maintenance.

Shift Details: 3rd shift Monday – Friday (12:00 AM – 8:30 AM or until completed)

** Must be willing to work various hours in a 24/7 operation, including nights & weekends on occasion

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related experience

Critical Skills:

  • Candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, willing and able to learn new equipment.
  • 1+ years of experience with troubleshooting and repairing any arising issues with the systems and other building concerns
  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature at times with the ability to recognize deviations from accepted practice and adjusts and repairs as required.
  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
  • Individual will be highly safety conscious and results driven to maintain a safe work environment and experience with LOTO and OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to self-direct and prioritize workload based on importance

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work various hours in a 24/7 operation, including nights & weekends on occasion
  • Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & fork truck use, climbing up to (4) story heights in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to carry and operate a laptop & handheld device.
