Key responsibilities:

  • Leverage lean tools and other best practices to develop, adapt and refine Master Data operational processes, delivering customer outcomes effectively, efficiently and with quality.
  • Foster a mindset of continuous improvement and act as Subject Matter Expert for Master Data, take ownership of master data integrity in key systems and assist in the definition and application of data standards and guidelines. Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business processes, identifying any requirements, and other opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Project-manage data-related initiatives, including Corporate initiatives Implement change management across Bose: influence and make recommendations to business on the importance of having good data quality Deliver training/ coaching to the MD team Ensure continuous data quality and data standards compliance across the enterprise.
  • Implement internal controls Ensure proper cleansing data between systems, with the aim of assuring data quality within the systems and integrated systems sharing master data.
  • Build, implement and oversee Data Governance Policy and data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across organization Assist operational teams in resolving data quality problems with high complexity Work closely with the business & IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and requirements.

Key competences:

  • Advanced proficiency in data management systems, experience with data governance, and a solid understanding of data quality principles are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex data concepts effectively.
  • Graduation in Computer science, information technology, business administration or equivalent experience Project management and Change management qualification or proven track record to have successfully delivered added value to complex projects Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and high pace environment are critical attributes for success in this role. Passionate and enthusiastic about master data Can-do attitude and able to adapt to constant changes Critical thinking Strong interpersonal skills are also highly valuable
