Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at designing, building, and protecting enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and individuals. Your typical day will involve applying your security expertise to safeguard information and infrastructures, ensuring that business processes remain secure against potential cyber threats. You will collaborate with team members to develop effective security strategies and solutions, contributing to a safer digital environment for the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation and configuration of Saviynt IGA solutions, including connectors, workflows, rules, and provisioning.
• Translate business requirements into scalable IAM designs, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Provide L3 troubleshooting and support, engaging with product teams to resolve complex issues.
• Manage application onboarding, role management, access certifications, and SoD controls.
• Optimize system performance and develop custom reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in client-facing, techno-functional capacity to deliver IAM solutions.
• Contribute to multiple full-cycle implementations and share best practices with project teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Engage and contribute to the development of Identity & Access Management.
• Should have worked on Saviynt Implementation before.
• Should have strong troubleshooting knowledge on issues with Saviynt and have experience in engaging product support on timely basis
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support.
• Hands-on experience on end-to-end implementation of Identity and Access Management tools.
• Completed at least 2-5 implementations.
• Good understanding of Identity Access Management solutions.
• Should be capable of dissecting large problems and designing modular, scalable solutions.
• Should have good understanding of SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience in setting up the Identity and Access Management environment in a standalone and cluster environment.
• Hands-on Development experience on Provisioning Workflows, triggers, Rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements.
• Strong understanding of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol).
• Capability to understand the business requirements and convert that into design.
• Good knowledge of information security, standards and regulations.
• Worked in capacity of techno-functional role of Identity and Access Management Implementation.
• Worked in client facing role.
• Need to be thorough in their respective tool with hands-on experience involving configuration, implementation & customization.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years’ experience in Identity & Access Management
• This position is based at our Cybergate, Boni office, with fixed day shift schedule and hybrid work set-up
