Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

New Delhi

The Trade Desk is helping shape the future of digital advertising, and APAC & EMEA are one of the most dynamic places to build that future. As Strategy & Operations (S&O) resets from ad-hoc executor to strategic advisor, we are standing up two accountable pillars: RevOps & Sales Enablement, and Systems & XFN Enablement to give the region the scalable frameworks and operating discipline it needs for sustained double-digit growth.

We're looking for a hands-on operator who thrives on turning systems and process chaos into trusted, self-serve foundations, someone who is as comfortable rolling up their sleeves in Salesforce as they are coaching a country manager through change. If you're energised by fixing the plumbing so teams can focus on customers, this is where you'll do some of your best work.

What you'll do

Reporting into the APAC Director, Systems & XFN Enablement, you'll own the execution layer that turns the APAC and EMEA region's systems foundation from a source of friction into a source of trust. Today, mapping rework and change requests pull BD/CS managers and sellers off customers; you'll close that gap for good.

  • Own Salesforce hygiene end-to-end, driving account-mapping accuracy
  • Support systems transformation at regional and global level.
  • Run change management and self-serve training series with managers, including relationship methodology as well as1:Many governance cadences with the Salesforce champion community.
  • Operate governance gates for rev-group creation and maintain a clean audit trail, partnering with Finance, HR and Deal Desk.
  • Support the Top Accounts process and outbound account management logic as part of the broader sales enablement agenda and contribute to the redesign of the Ops rhythm (WRC, Annual Planning).
  • Track and report against success measures (mapping accuracy, backlog, adoption, meetings/FTE, training completion) to demonstrate ROI and free up selling time for GTM teams.
  • Identify and build automation for standard workflows, processes and reporting, in partnership with engineering where needed.

Who you are

  • 10 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Systems/Salesforce administration or Strategy, ideally in ad tech, SaaS or digital media.
  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise (account/territory mapping, workflow rules, Portfolio Manager App or equivalent tooling); Anaplan, Tableau or Power BI experience is a strong plus.
  • A track record of designing durable, self-serve processes rather than one-off fixes — you build the reusable rule, not just the one-time exception.
  • Comfortable running change management directly with frontline managers: training, governance cadences, and building trust that the new system works.
  • Detail-obsessed and data-driven, with the judgement to know when a process needs to flex versus when to hold the governance line.
  • A collaborative operator who partners naturally across FP&A, HR, Deal Desk, BD/CS managers and engineering to get things done.

Why this role, why now

At TTD, values like Vision, Grit, Agility, Generosity, Openness, and Full-Heartedness show up in how we work with one another every day. We're building a team that reflects the diversity of the markets we serve, and we warmly welcome people from all backgrounds who are excited to help shape what comes next.
