The Senior Project Manager acts as the link between the Commercial Teams/Business Units and the Delivery Teams, ensuring a cost-effective production process and a high-quality end product. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Primary Market Research projects, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining continuous client engagement throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure scope adherence and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Scoping & Pricing: Define project scope and prepare accurate pricing as input for proposals.
• Planning & Delivery: Utilize planning tools effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize internal processes, leveraging experience and insights to add value to delivery.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Acquire deep knowledge of PI (Primary Intelligence) and act as an expert advisor to PI team members, Commercial Teams, and clients.
• Industry Knowledge: Proactively develop understanding of the healthcare industry and the role of PMR (Primary Market Research).
• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in project management within healthcare, market research, or related industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in planning tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile frameworks).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and cost efficiency.
• Deep understanding of Primary Market Research and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
