We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join as one of the first members of the Growth team. You’ll be working on designing and implementing high-impact initiatives to drive revenue and efficiencies across the Business teams. One of our 1st big projects is to build our in-house sourcing engine (Intent signals identification, data enrichment, lead prioritization/scoring...) where you'll have a key role in defining data warehouse architecture, operational workflows, and building data pipelines. Velocity and fast experimentation are at the heart of our multidisciplinary squad who combines a strong business mindset and technical skills.

Mission
1. Partner with the Growth Lead to design and develop our in-house sourcing machine, a data warehouse monitoring thousands of companies, contacts, and Intent signals (i.e. Job Posts, Fundraising Announcements, New Sr. Leadership...) to help the Business team target the right companies at the right time. Unique opportunity to build from scratch a Modern Data Stack to:
- Collect and Enrich data through APIs and custom scripts (source examples: LinkedIn,
Asgard.ai, Crunchbase)
- Store and unify the data in the warehouse
- Activate this data with a Reverse ETL (i.e Hightouch) to allow Growth Marketers to build custom audiences in SQL and push the data in our business tools like n8n and Salesforce
2. Build homemade scrapers and scripts to identify key information like:
- Tool Stack (ERP, ATS, CRM...) of companies
- Companies using a Pigment competitor
- Prospect previously a user of a Pigment competitor
3. Help on other Growth initiatives like personalized landing pages, automated workflows, lead scoring system...
Profile
You have 2+ years of experience in an Engineering, Growth or Data role
You have a Growth mindset and are interested in Sales/Marketing initiatives and challenges
You're able to function in a fast-paced environment, identifying and prioritizing what needs to get done without continuous direct instruction
You have a doer personality with the ability to own and build growth projects with attention to detail
You are fluent in English
Skills
Experienced with NodeJS (or any other backend technology) - creating scripts & cloud functions
Familiarity with techniques and tools for scraping data
Experienced with building data pipelines (Data warehouse, ETL...) and manipulating data from various sources
Good knowledge of SQL
Comfortable working with 3rd party APIs and marketing/CRM tools
