JOB PURPOSE岗位目的:

负责生产车间建立的质量门区域日常巡检、抽检以及送检工作，现场质量问题的沟通和处理，并根据MH2300文件、控制计划、Checklist等文件要求履行IQA及Quality Gate 职能。

JOB DUTIES岗位职责:

负责维护所属区域的安全以及5S。 负责按照控制计划、标准化及审核计划要求，执行日常检查工作。 负责每天检验任务的取样、试验、分析、记录等工作。 负责每天的现场待处理物料的及时判定处理，返工物料的返工工单开具。 负责现场重大质量问题的及时汇报，物料的Block和Unblock。 负责现场问题物料的追溯与初步原因分析。 负责常见质量问题的协调与处理。 负责跟踪所负责的BIQ缺陷记录并及时更新BIQ系统中缺陷记录的状态。 负责所属区域的质量问题每天进行总结并报告给质量班组长。 负责实行快速改进项目优化质量工作。 负责协助质量工程师、质量班组长实行项目改进和实验测试。 参与并支持公司的Lean、ISO9001&CQMS、精益生产等项目以及CI 等活动。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS任职资格:

Education & Experience教育和工作经验：

1. 大专以上学历，机械相关专业

2. 1年及以上的检验工作经验者优先

Skills技能：

1. 基本的英语阅读能力

2. 基本的Word、Excel、PPT应用能力

3. 良好的团队合作能力

4. 卓越的沟通协调能力

5. 卓越的执行力
