We are looking for someone with: 

  • University degree from reputable university, majoring in Law

  • Minimum 5 years-experience from banking/insurance industry as Corporate Secretary

  • Highly developed interpersonal and social skills because this position will coordinate with all relevant stakeholders amongst department. This position will coordinate and collaborate with the stakeholders from the working level position until the highest position. So, it is important to manage their expectations and how to communicate in good manner for effective governance and in achieving successful outcomes.

  • Building trust and good rapport with stakeholders by ensuring supports from related business units to support governance decisions and reports, especially to submit ad-hoc request from regulators within certain period.

  • Maintain positive relationship.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Passed level 281 of LOMA to obtain basic knowledge about life insurance sector.

  • Manage the priority task.

On the job you will: 

  • In terms of DPLK Manulife Indonesia, this position is responsible to coordinate with DPLK team to set up the DPLK Management and Founder meeting agenda, prepare meeting material, distribute to the participants and prepare minutes of meeting in monthly basis. Further, to responsible for the appointment or resignation of Management for OJK’s purposes including but not limited to the preparation of fit and proper test and reporting to OJK.

  • In terms of PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia, this position is responsible to organize the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners meeting, including agenda preparation, documentation and prepare the minutes of meeting and follow up on action items.

  • In terms of reporting, this position is responsible to submit all reporting that supervised by Corsec Team which has been reviewed by Head of Corporate Secretary and approved by Compliance Director. The reports consist of GCG report, continuity report, business plan report, revised of business plan report, realization of business plan report under AJMI and its subsidiaries. Further, to prepare summary of minutes of meeting approval tracking as required by Regional Corporate Governance. Other than that, as the PIC to fulfill ad-hoc request from OJK in coordination with Compliance Team. She is responsible to facilitate the communication between the Board, senior management, associations and shareholders by ensuring transparency and adherence to corporate governance principles.

  • Actively maintain regular communication with internal and external AJMI’s team. Further, actively liaise with BOC member and advisors to assist and ensure the implementation of roles and responsibilities of BOC, especially to assist Independent Commissioners for training to fulfill the continuity requirement, ensure that each member has received the meeting materials and other requirement (if any) and prepare SMT meeting every month.

  • To maintain the implementation of GCG of AJMI’s subsidiaries, by ensuring all licenses have complied with prevailing regulations, annual general meeting of shareholders and conduct appointment for the BOD or BOC or management of relevant subsidiaries that will expire.

  • To set up the theme of the Independent Commissioner and SMT Meeting in accordance with AJMI’s business plan.

  • This position will be the PIC for the fulfillment of ad-hoc request from OJK or other regulators, including liaise with relevant business unit to prepare data and briefing meeting between BOD and related persons (if needed).

  • As a responsible person to manage the record of the Company’s, subsidiaries’ and Koperasi’s corporate documents in accordance with the Company’s Record Management Policy.
