Key Responsibilities

  1. Technically leads and/or executes significantly complex software projects.
  2. Interfaces with various external customers or vendors regarding software issues for the business unit.
  3. Interfaces with various internal customers regarding  requirements analysis and schedule for the business unit.
  4. Troubleshoots a wide range of significantly complex software problems. Performs software tests on code and enhancements.
  5. Defines software specifications, and designs software products.
  6. Contributes to technical review boards for assigned programs.
  7. Develops software documentation.
  8. Compiles data for regularly scheduled or special reports, analysis and statements.

  • Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field
  • Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function
