Patient Support Nurse Navigator

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Registered Nurse to join a specialized PSP for an autoimmune disease. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a suitable candidate looking to earn a secondary income while making a meaningful impact in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard patients referred by healthcare providers into the support program
• First Dose Observation: Participate in face-to-face observation of the patient’s first dose and conduct follow-up calls to monitor progress
• Support patients and HCPs with medical aid/funder coordination
• Arrange logistics for hospital admissions and first-dose observations
• Educate patients and HCPs on the program and nurse’s role
• Conduct follow-ups and monthly check-ins
• Report adverse events via the designated channel

Ideal Candidate:

• Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical qualification
• Experience in chronic disease support preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and manage admin tasks
• Comfortable using digital tools for documentation
