Job Summary:
The Territory Manager is a vital part of the Fuels Marketing Organization. This position plays a key role within the sales and operations team, focusing on developing, growing, and maintaining strong business relationships with Dealer customers. The ideal candidate is a driven individual with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability in building relationships. Responsibilities include managing our commission agent portfolio, prospecting for new opportunities, analyzing volume performance, ensuring compliance with retail standards, and coaching customers to achieve maximum business results. The Territory Manager will act as the primary point of communication between customers and the company, ensuring alignment with company standards and expectations.At Global Partners, business starts with people. Pay Range:
$70,400.00 - $105,600.00The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
