The work
As a Senior Manager in Data & AI, you will:
You are
An experienced senior consulting executive who has built and delivered transformative data & AI projects and solutions. As a data and AI expert with serious analytical and statistical chops, you know how to take massive amounts of data and find the insights our clients need to help their companies do more.
People You have experience leading and managing a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and other AI professionals. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, and lead business development efforts.
Process You gained deep knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks and can oversee projects from inception to delivery while managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Technology You have a strong understanding of the field of Artificial intelligence, for example in the fields of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing technologies. You know the benefits of each and can also explain differences between the many available platforms.
Important Information
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Travel may be required. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s what you’ll need
· A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a professional services / management consulting firm, currently operating at a Senior Manager level or higher
· A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Data & AI Thought Leader, where you’ve demonstrated a clear vision on Data & AI, what direction the capability will move towards, and are able to share this vision to both your colleagues and our clients.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Translator, with the demonstrated ability to identify and build a vision on business problems, initiative, analytics intervention, data scientist management, data science interpretation and storytelling.
· A minimum of 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics Transformation to include setting up current state assessment, operating models, value case, roadmap, and blueprint in the Data & AI landscape.
· You are an expert in programming/scripting languages like Python, R, and SQL
· Familiarity with big data tools like Spark, PySpark.
· Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) technologies like spaCy, NLTK, and CoreNLP; Bayesian networks and decision trees; Azure Open AI Services
· Familiarity with hyperscaler offerings and 3rd party technologies: AzureML, Vertex.AI, AWS Sagemaker, Databricks.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Bonus points
· Experience in a sales capacity.
· Retail and/or Consumer Goods & Services industry experience.
· Experience with Microsoft Generative AI implementations.
· You have experience with data acquisition, ingestion, and pre-processing for AI projects and know what it takes to design, implement, and manage data pipelines for large-scale AI projects.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
