We are currently seeking experienced Operations entor to join our offshore team.

How you will be spending your day:

• Encouraging teamwork, and Bayu-Undan values and culture

• Contributing to the achievement of exceeding facility and shift safety and environmental objectives

• Playing an active role in Emergency Response

• Mentoring and progressive coaching of operations personnel and trainees, including supporting training needs analysis and succession planning as required

• Establishing trust-based relationships with all onshore and offshore stakeholders

• Ensuring that quality, cost, and production targets are fully met for the asset by monitoring, sampling, and testing the process streams

• Ensuring the plant is effectively maintained to achieve optimum continuous performance by completing maintenance tasks within the skill envelope that is safe, efficient, logical, and legal

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including reviewing and updating operating and maintenance procedures as necessary

• Facilitating team work, collaboration and effective communication within the team and with other areas, support services and external assistance

​Key skills & experience we are looking for from you:

• A trade qualification or equivalent is preferred with demonstrated achievement in a similar position.

• A detailed understanding, knowledge, and use of the Honeywell DCS and ESD systems.

• Demonstrated Hydrocarbons processing and Fractionation experience and competency in Process Utilities including Plant/Instrument Air, Nitrogen, Fresh, and Cooling Water and HVAC systems

• Experience in Fire and Gas systems

• Ability to read and understand P&ID’s and PFD’s

• Experienced in SSOW including Permit control and coordination

• Experience with the use of a computerised maintenance management system.

• Certificate III to IV in Workplace Training and assessment
