The corporate marketing team plays a crucial role in promoting WittKieffer as the premier executive search and advisory firm. We aim to build brand awareness and authority among target audiences, including CEOs, C-Suite executives, Boards, and other senior-level professionals within the healthcare, education, and global life science markets. Our strategic content-driven marketing campaigns span paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
THE ROLE
WittKieffer considers the Marketing Campaign Specialist a critical position in shaping our brand, driving new opportunities, and building our pipeline. The Campaign Specialist launches and optimizes integrated content marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and business development. Key responsibilities include developing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing team members and market leaders. The Campaign Specialist provides essential support to market-facing teams.
The Campaign Specialist generates fresh ideas and creates content for WittKieffer’s owned, paid, and social media channels, and measures results through detailed analysis and reporting. These channels include the website, email communications, newsletters, LinkedIn, and more. The role requires a blend of insight, project management and hands-on implementation, and involves both independent work and collaboration with colleagues across the firm.
The Campaign Specialist can work remotely or in a hybrid environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement impactful, cohesive targeted marketing campaigns with measurable objectives across paid owned, and shared channels.
Write compelling copy to bring WittKieffer purpose and solutions to life for all channels, including email, landing pages, social media (LinkedIn), and ads.
Collaborate with graphic designers to develop multimedia content for digital channels.
Coordinate with external paid media partner to traffic, implement and report on campaign activity.
Manage multiple projects at once with strong accountability toward meeting deadlines.
Track, analyze, and report out regularly on campaign performance, surfacing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve efficiency.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant professional experience.
B.A or B.S. degree in relevant field required (graduate degree preferred).
Experience creating robust email marketing campaigns, including automated drip campaigns with conditional logic.
Experience writing email newsletters that engage audiences.
Familiarity with email automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or Act On).
Social Media Marketing Experience.
Professional services or marketing agency experience preferred.
