Your mission is to protect platform standards, accelerate time-to-market, and maximize the impact of our global digital investments.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: Rollout Execution & Localization
Central Orchestration: Act as the primary interface between Global Digital Marketing, IT (Digital Technology), regional business units, and external agencies.
Roadmap & Integration Management: Oversee deployment timelines, risk mitigation, and technical integrations (e.g., SEO, analytics, and search platforms).
Enablement & Training: Drive Adobe AEM training and onboarding for markets and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems.
Phase 2: Post-Relaunch Product Ownership & Strategy
Global Product Ownership: Define the long-term strategy and evolution of the global Adobe AEM platform for Carrier post-rollout in alignment with corporate goals.
Backlog & Requirement Engineering: Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and maintain a prioritized, transparent feature backlog.
Continuous Platform Evolution: Drive CMS lifecycle management and feature development to ensure the platform remains state-of-the-art for all markets.
Performance & Optimization: Monitor platform KPIs and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ongoing stability and post-launch optimization.
Who you are
Experienced Digital Leader: 8+ years in digital project management, with a proven track record of leading global, multi-region web initiatives in complex matrix environments.
CMS & Tech Expert: Deep technical knowledge of Adobe AEM (or similar enterprise CMS) and a solid understanding of web optimization (UX, SEO, and CRO).
Agile Product Owner: Extensive experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to act as a Product Owner, translating business needs into functional specs.
Master Orchestrator: Strong governance and stakeholder management skills, with experience bridging the gap between IT, Marketing, agencies, and local business units.
Data-Driven & User-Centric: A customer-first mindset combined with high data literacy to analyze platform performance and drive continuous improvements.
Multilingual Communicator: Excellent communication skills with business fluency in English (C1) and professional proficiency in German (B2).
