【Key Responsibilities】

• Assist in planning and tracking manufacturing projects, including TPM, automation, and process improvement
• Propose and consolidate business reports, proposals, and executive presentations
• Participate in and document meetings conducted in Mandarin, English, and Japanese
• Analyze critical metrics for manufacturing on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Coordinate the Director’s schedule and host internal/external visitors, including Japanese guests
• Perform other duties as assigned

【Qualifications】

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business, International Trade, or related fields
• Proficient in Mandarin, English (TOEIC 800+), and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, charts), and Google Workspace
• Strong in project management, logical thinking, communication, and self-organization

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Certified in PMP, Scrum Master, or other project frameworks
• Experience in manufacturing, Japanese companies, or executive support
• Familiar with TPM, industrial engineering concepts, or manufacturing performance reporting
