Intuit Credit Karma is a mission-driven company, focused on championing financial progress for our more than 130 million members globally. While we're best known for pioneering free credit scores, our members turn to us for everything related to their financial goals, including identity monitoring, applying for credit cards, shopping for insurance and loans (car, home and personal) and savings accounts and checking accounts* -- all for free. Credit Karma has grown significantly through the years: we now have more than 1,700 employees across our offices in Oakland, Charlotte, Culver City, San Diego, London and New York City.

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join a team passionate about Analytics for Credit Karma International Business (UK and Canada), to help drive key product and marketing decisions through deep analytical insights and rigorous measurement. If you love designing AB tests, turning data, insights and analysis into tangible business results, this role is for you.

This role will involve working with numerous product touch points and centres around strong collaboration with product, marketing, data science, engineering, and finance partners.

What you'll do:

  • Support ongoing analysis and monitoring of revenue funnels across the platform and partners
  • Predict revenue impact from changes in pricing, underwriting, approval models, and user behaviour
  • Perform exploratory analysis to generate hypotheses, identify gaps, and size opportunities for new initiatives
  • Serve as an internal consultant for the marketing team for all things data/analytics, and communicate performance and impact of different marketing programs and activities
  • Create and automate easy-to-consume dashboards and reports of key metrics; monitor and share insights at a frequent cadence throughout the year
  • Unlike some analytics functions, you are not a service provider. You’re a thought leader to the business, owning end-to-end analytic work streams, defining success and performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations for cross functional groups and partners

What's great about the role:

  • You’ll get to solve highly analytical problems and have a direct impact on the future of the Credit Karma product
  • The role is highly cross-functional, which means you get to work with product, marketing, engineering, business development, and data science
  • You’ll serve as an influential sounding board for leadership and help apply a high level of rigour to decision-making
  • Your work will help us design better products, improve user experience, optimise marketing programs, and inform overall business strategy

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of analytics experience
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL
  • 2+ years of experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker/Tableau for insight synthesis and presentation
  • 2+ years of experience with Python or R
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and visualisation skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills

What we would like to see:

  • Experience with software development a huge plus, especially in building automation and predictive models
  • Background in technology and/or financial services is a plus
  • Ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of the business
  • Ability to independently thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
  • Ability to work cross functionally and assert influence internally/externally
