Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Engineer with around 2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Automation, and AI-related technologies to support the development of the SITOps Engineering vertical.
The role involves working with data pipelines, automation scripts, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency and support risk assessment processes within Financial Services environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Support the development of automation scripts and tools to streamline operational processes.
- Work with datasets related to financial risk assessment and analytics.
- Contribute to AI/ML-based automation initiatives under guidance from senior engineers.
- Help monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data and automation systems within the SITOps environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, data, and technology teams.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Basic hands-on experience in Data Engineering concepts (ETL, data processing, data pipelines).
- Programming knowledge in Python or similar scripting languages.
- Exposure to automation tools or scripting for operational efficiency.
- Understanding of AI/ML basics or AI-enabled automation concepts.
- Exposure to Financial Services domain or Risk Assessment processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and data handling.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Basic understanding of data engineering frameworks or big data technologies.
- Interest in AI-driven operations, data automation, and risk analytics.

Additional Information:
