PARTNER VISITS

  • Visit customers of the respective sales area, according to the customers’ visits frequency defined.

  • Take part to Trade Shows & Customer Events.

  • Visit prospects and market prescribers

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Identify Key unmet customer needs & follow competition moves per product line.

  • Develop and maintain a very good customer intimacy.

  • Assess potential per customer & per product line and ensure to complete the DA in the format and timing requested. 

  • Intensify hiring process for our Loyalty program

NEGOTIATION

  • On identified customers & prospects, accompany negotiations of the sales rep with technical knowledge, respecting delegation power in place in the division.

  • Master all the sales pitches set up to support negotiations with the customer. 

  • Valorise permanently with customers our “added value”/Specialist strategy.

SALES PROCESS

  • Plan visits in advance thanks to: visits frequency/tour planning defined.

  • Prepare visit: agenda, mastering presentation documents (sales pitch, mechanism…) and refresh the customer and market  information through Customer view D-1. 

  • Close into STORM visit report.

  • Attend the MSM 

TECHNICAL TRAINING, WARRANTY CLAIM MANAGEMENT & PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION

  • Participate on customer events to promote the Valeo products, tools & services

  • Organise & animate external product training & products demonstration for fairs & customers’ events: distributors, garages, fleets…

  • Provide product technical argumentations to train the distributor’s sales forces 

  • Create and/or consolidate a Technical Library for the Region with the support of France and other Regions.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

  • Contribute to improve the garage database with relevant information about the garage characteristics and business opportunities concerning parts or tools

  • Carries out specific garage enquiries to support marketing teams

GARAGE & FLEET PROGRAMS DEVELOPMENT

  • Identify the potential garage or fleet partners 

  • Promote the available programs to the target
