Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of engineers focused on developing innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating collaboration among various engineering disciplines, including manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering. You will also be responsible for resource allocation and project management to ensure successful delivery of engineering and construction initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-CAA development: develop, and maintain custom CAA application for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as per design.
-Utilize technologies such as C++, EKL scripting , C#, JAVA
-Integrate CAA applications & server/client scripts seamlessly with the 3DEXPERIENCE Native apps platform
-Technical support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform enhancements for developed applications.
-Awareness of Core Native apps concepts like data model, data setup, server business logics, metedata configuration will add value.



Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
1) Experience on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
2) Strong proficiency in CAA, EKL ,C++ , Native apps settings
3) Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE APIs – CAA, EKL, VBScripts , Data setup BLs specially precommit triggers.
4) Solid understanding of Data model & data handling within 3DEXPERIENCE.
5) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
6) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
7) Excellent communication abilities.
8) Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE customization with CATIA & DELMIA and integration projects.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
-Exposure to Native apps configurations, collaborative spaces, and security/access control setup - good to have.
-Knowledge of UX/UI design principles for enterprise web applications.
Dassault Syst mes certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues
-Good Team management skills with leadership qualities and work closely with other peers.
