JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Provides supervision to case work staff as well as to the foster parents in our program. Provides ongoing training opportunities that are specific to the needs of the youth in care, both to staff and foster parents. Ensures timely intakes are completed for all youth and that clinical treatment plans address each youth’s individual needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of graduate training in social work, counseling or a related human service area of study. Master’s degree from a recognized school of social work is preferred.
Years of Experience
Three (3) years of supervised paid casework experience, at least one (1) year of which was with a licensed child placing agency or with the department.
