Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to build a market-leading product? The Product Manager – CoCounsel Skills is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving skills for CoCounsel, our chat-based generative AI (GenAI) assistant that works across all customer workflows. CoCounsel is organized into skills. Each skill helps attorneys perform a specific task. As a Product Manager, you will own a number of skills end-to-end. You will work with Designers, Application Engineers and Prompting Engineers to build and iterate on skills. You will be responsible for adoption, engagement and financial success of your skills, making this an ideal role for those who are seeking meaningful product ownership.
About the Role
In this opportunity, as a Product Manager, CoCounsel Skills you will:
Driving product vision, strategy by developing deep understanding of customer needs and market & technology trends
Crafting a roadmap clearly translate customer challenges & opportunities into roadmap that aligns with CoCounsel and TR business goals
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and measurable business outcomes
Partner with cross functional teams (technology, user experience design, marketing, sales, etc.) to execute the roadmap to deliver efficiently deliver high-value, innovative experiences
Be the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress
Lead a feature/product ensuring its performance, reliability, and user delight
Clearly define and communicate the problem, opportunity, and envisioned solution to customers, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with fellow product managers to create a unified CoCounsel experience across products
Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to integrate with external document management systems
About You
Successful Product Manager candidates will exhibit and show the aspiration to further develop the following skills:
JD is ideal, but legal experience through other methods works as well
2-5 years of Product Management experience
Able to analyze data and communicate with users to gather insights with ease, efficiency & comfortability
Have knowledge of basic UX patterns and the ability to work with a Designer is required
Have curiosity and interest in leaning more about Gen AI
Experience building Enterprise SaaS products is a plus
