Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design, develop, and test software applications using OMP Plus. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and fix issues. - Ensure the security and integrity of the applications. - Document and maintain software functionality and specifications. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development. - Assist in the deployment and implementation of applications. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OMP Plus. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with object-oriented programming languages. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in OMP Plus. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
