The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced candidate for a position of an Office Services Manager who will oversee day to day office services operations in Warsaw as well as manage the iProcurement team.

Key competencies & Experience:
Operational Leadership: Experience managing office services/facilities, ensuring seamless operations, high-quality service delivery. Ability to identify and implement improvements in service delivery processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
People Management: Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives high performance and morale. Experience managing both internal staff and outsourced service providers to achieve organisational standards.
Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of operational budget processes, including preparing draft budgets, tracking expenditures, and providing financial input. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders to ensure alignment with financial goals and optimise resource allocation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal departments, such as Finance, HC, and senior leadership, to ensure that operational needs are effectively met. Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and facilitating communication between key stakeholders to drive collaboration.
Project Support: Experience in providing operational support for office refurbishments, relocations, and integration of new business units, ensuring smooth execution while minimising disruptions to daily operations. Capable of managing logistics and coordinating with various teams.
Vendor and Service Provider Management: Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring high levels of service and promptly addressing performance issues. Focus on driving value and quality in service delivery.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Capable of adapting to changing operational requirements and business priorities. Experience working in dynamic environments where flexibility is key to meeting organisational needs.
Business Resilience: Ability to support operational response during business disruptions, emergencies, and crisis situations, ensuring continuity of critical business activities and minimising impact on employees, clients, and operations. Coordinating with key stakeholders during incidents and making timely decisions to support organisational recovery.
