Job Duties:

  • Provide care for vascular neurology patients, including the diagnosis and treatment of stroke.

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage these stroke patients in the clinic, hospital, and on Consults

  • Participate in on-call coverage

  • Educate medical students, residents, and fellows in patient care settings and in formal and informal group education formats.

  • Minimally participate in scholarly activities derived from clinical activities

  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

Required Qualifications
Education: MD, DO, or foreign equivalent

Work Experience: Neurology Residency training

Preferred Qualifications
Work Experience: Vascular Neurology Fellowship training

Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills

Conditions of Employment

Eligible for Kansas medical licensure. Background check required.
