We are looking for a talented Business Process Designer to work on a key project in the pharmaceutical industry, focused on improving workflows and supporting regulated environments.

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company dedicated to the research and development of innovative medicines. Their mission is to improve patient outcomes worldwide through cutting-edge therapies and sustainable healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve workflows to increase efficiency
• Identify gaps and propose practical solutions
• Collaborate with business users to define requirements and use cases
• Facilitate workshops and foster stakeholder collaboration
• Prepare clear documentation for process improvements
• Use data insights to support decisions and optimize processes
• Apply best practices for sustainable and scalable solutions
• Collect feedback and continuously refine workflows
• On-site presence required for workshops and critical activities

Key Requirements:

• Strong German language proficiency for client-facing communication
• Good command of English language for internal communication
• PAS-X expertise and hands-on Master Batch Record (MBR) design experience
• Ability to work frequently on-site in Vienna
• Solid Life Sciences domain knowledge
• Familiarity with GAMP and CSV standards for compliance
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, multicultural environment
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
