Job Summary
The Account Manager II is responsible for selling a wide range of products for Nordson EFD, throughout the designated region of Northern CA, OR, WA, UT, IA, ID, WY, MT, NV with specific focus on Top Customers and increasing our percentage of Top Products in the region. A portion of the candidate’s time will be spent attending to various customer segments, within various markets, but specifically on our top focus market segments (Automotive, Life Sciences, Electronics, and Animal Health) through various sales methodologies. This position will be based out of a Field/Home office, ideally located near the center of the territory.

Bonus target is 20%; shift premium may be available depending on shift associated with the specific job opportunity. Benefits including Medical, Rx, Vision, Dental, and Health Savings Account (HSA), Retirement and Security benefits including 401k and Life Insurance. During the first year of employment, employees may accrue up to 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), equivalent to 120 hours. Employees receive 13 paid holidays. In addition to Paid Time Off and paid Holidays, each employee receives 16 hours paid time each calendar year to perform volunteer services for Nordson-sponsored events. The base salary is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, business considerations, and local market conditions, as well as candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, and skills.
