The Purpose of this role is to be the primary driver of Vietnam People Services team through a critical period of transformation and consolidation of People Services and Payroll.
The Vietnam People Services Team Lead will also be working closely with Vietnam's HR Director.
Initially focused on stabilizing WD data and resolving historical system issues, this role is designed to evolve in conjunction with other PS Advisor Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the People Services Vietnam team, fostering a culture of data accuracy and customer-centricity.
- Roadmap: Execute a "stabilization phase", focusing on WD and Cadena data accuracy, process & system optimization.
- Operational Consolidation: Streamline the responsibilities of the PS Advisor based in different location.
- Future Readiness: Fostering collaboration between VN People Services & Payroll, which sits under the same team moving forward.
- Data Remediation: To support in a comprehensive audit and cleanup of historical employee data and system configurations to ensure 100% integrity.
- Digital Integration: Maximize the use of digital tools to automate manual tasks and improve the employee experience.
- Expats services: The central coordinator for all immigration processes for expatriates and foreign employees (visa, work permit, TRC, ect.)
- Employees benefits: ensures effective management of employee healthcare benefits—including insurance and health checkups, ect.
Specialist Services & Compliance
- Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee the team on integrity of employee master data from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and GDPR.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Global CoEs where necessary to ensure Vietnam operations meet both local statutory requirements and global standards.
- Case Management: Act as a senior for Vietnam's People Services, providing high-level resolution for complex (Tier 2) inquiries.
Experience & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HR Operations or People Services, preferably with 1–2 years in a supervisory or Lead capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Workday is required. You must be comfortable "getting under the hood" of HR systems to navigate & fix data issues.
- Vietnam Labour Law: Able to search/source for knowledge of local labor codes, social insurance regulations etc
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system errors and use data to drive process improvements.
- Adaptability: The mindset to act as an individual contributor & Team Leader during the stabilization phase.
