Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve efficiency. - Define parts of an organization to enhance its performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. - Assist in the implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer. - Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. - Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - An MBA degree is required.
