As an Elara Caring Talent Specialist, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Assists with developing the annual education model and curriculum for board approval for all disciplines by end of the calendar year.th onboarding of all new staff through the entire orientation process until all agency requirements are met
  • Provides suggestions to leadership for changes in the orientation process from feedback of staff surveys.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of all department monthly in-services, in-service records, and prepares monthly report for review.
  • Develops and assists in developing courses in LMS for ongoing education and provides staff with access to health education resources.

What is Required?

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 2+ years experience in a home health, hospice or related specialty area.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 
  • Ability to develop educational materials and aids to promote and present health education initiatives
  • Experience in a corporate training environment is preferred.

You will report to the Talent Manager.
