How typical engagement look like?
Management Consulting workforce is typically involved in various projects helping our clients to find ways to become more successful in every part of their business, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.
Engagements are mostly delivered by project teams, which typically consist of 3 to 8 analysts & consultants led by a manager, where our consultants have an active role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming value hypotheses, designing and conducting data analyses, building the value quantification models, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, socializing and validating the outcomes with client stakeholders and helping to implement change.
Our consultants are typically involved in discussions with, and presentations to senior client leaders, getting a chance to have executive presence early their careers, that are varying as each project presents a new challenge & opportunity to learn and gives exposure to new clients, business problems and people.
How we envision ideal candidate?
Minimum qualifications
3+ years’ experience in Finance (FP&A, Controlling) or Management / Technology Consulting (or relevant experience with project management from other industry)
University education (bachelor’s degree, economic / technical focus is an advantage)
Strong analytical thinking, ability to tackle complex problems and attention to detail
to be able to address challenges in value identification and quantification
Excellent communication skills - being able to present complex ideas in a clear and easy-to-understand way
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, especially in building trusted relationships with clients
Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language (spoken & written)
Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable
Preferred qualifications
Business Case modelling experience – logic & structure principles, scenarios simulation, evaluation indicators, etc.
Value articulation and hypothesis evaluation – identifying 360° value levers, building estimation models, outlining the Value stories, etc.
Stakeholder management experience - strong skills in aligning with all stakeholders on what value is and how it will be quantified and reported back
Strong business & industry knowledge – especially in automotive, pharma, telco or financial services industry
Experience with leading small team - proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Independent, self-motivated and proactive approach, adaptability and agility
University degree (preferrable MSc / MBA related to management / economics / IT)
