What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role your responsibilities will be:
Enhance the brand potential at national level
Lead and partner with Brand Teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and other related functions & partners to increase the brand performance.
Develop the annual brand plan, design, and implement all related marketing activities, including budget control
Understand business dynamics, identify business opportunities, and build strategies accordingly to improve brand potential at a national level
Partner with regional and global Marketing Teams to understand global strategies and implement locally where applicable
Work with sales team & plan field visits to acquire feedback & market insights
Craft and implement tactical plans in line with the strategy
Partner with the sales force to ensure the brand strategies and tactics are cascaded effectively
Develop Financial short and long-term forecasts working closely with Business Partners
Propose national sales target and achieve agreement with Business Unit Head and Sales/District Managers
Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans
Collaborate with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects
Recruit and lead external vendors in specific projects
Promote the culture of innovation, collaboration across the team

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy
Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry
MBA degree is a plus
Track record of developing successful plans and delivering positive performance
Excellent project/process management/ analytical skills
Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude
Working in multifunctional cross-cultural teams
Must be able to travel regularly
Proficiency in English is needed, both oral and written communications
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Gulf region in a pharmaceutical company
