Project Role Description : Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Roles & Responsibilities: -Manage data and metrics – Cull out relevant data from existing sources on the area of focus and interpret it to articulate the business strategy. Identify hotspots and cull out insights for leadership intervention. -Put the pieces of the puzzle together – Understanding the subject, our leadership vision and connect the dots to deliver what our people need -Strategy to Operations – Be able to work on both the strategic approach and operationalize it with equanimity independently -Communication – Effectively manage written and verbal communication on I&D with internal and external stakeholders -Technology as a driver – Leverage tools and technologies with ease in connecting with and engaging our audience -Connections - Build strong connections with country, MU and Services stakeholders -Accountability & Ownership – Take complete accountability and ownership to drive consistently impactful program in a timely manner -Research & Learning – Investing on yourself by learning more about I&D and researching relevant information to know latest trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Skill Aptitude Overview:- •Program and Stakeholder management •Strategic execution with impact and consistency •Understand and leverage data and metrics •Be comfortable with ambiguity •Operational excellence •Analyze and solve poorly defined problems •Establish personal credibility with customers, clients, and others •Maximize team’s performance •Anticipate and handle critical situations •Excellent communication skills – verbal and written -Other core requirements: - •Good understanding of HR processes •Comfortable working in a team where most of the interaction is virtual •Good PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams skills •Strong organizational and time management skills -Reporting Structure -Stakeholders: - •HR •Internal and External Partners & Stakeholders Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Talent Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - Bachelor’s Degree/Masters in any stream – HR, MC,Technology & 15 years full time education is required
