Summary:
In the role of an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system in use. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. The role focuses on identifying client issues with precision and developing well-informed solutions that ensure the smooth operation of critical systems. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client needs, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application environment remains stable and efficient throughout daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve team processes and workflows to enhance overall service delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and client requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of firewall configuration and management to safeguard network infrastructure.
- Experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems to monitor and respond to security threats.
- Ability to analyze network traffic and identify vulnerabilities or anomalies.
- Familiarity with security protocols and standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting network security incidents and implementing corrective measures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Security Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
