Job Description:

This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business strategy, user needs, and technical implementation in an agile insurance environment. The ideal candidate would have a unique blend of insurance expertise, technical acumen, and strong leadership skills.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate product vision
• Align digital products with team strategy
• Manage product backlog and prioritize items
• Translate user needs into stories and acceptance criteria
• Oversee team output strategy and release planning
• Integrate user research into product requirements
• Be accountable for product-specific OKRs

 

Required Skills:

• Deep insurance industry knowledge (5+ years preferred)
• At least total 10 years of experience
• 3 years experience as Product Owner
• Understanding of technology and digital products
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Leadership and decision-making abilities
• Agile methodology experience
• Stakeholder management
