Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the overall structure of custom software systems to ensure they meet business requirements effectively. The architect collaborates with different stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational goals, continuously refining the architecture to adapt to evolving needs and challenges. The position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating multiple components into a cohesive system that supports long-term business success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies and frameworks to support architectural goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Ability to design secure and scalable applications with high availability.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of enterprise applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
