Our Agile Services team is a central group of agility experts providing guidance, coaching, and resources to foster business agility across Marsh. We support teams new to Agile as well as those looking to elevate and improve existing practices.

Agile Coach

We will count on you to:

  • Facilitate Agile adoption and implementation across teams by coaching, guiding, and supporting consistent Agile & Lean practices and standards.

  • Develop and deliver practical, high-impact trainings and workshops (e.g., Value Streams, Product, Lean Portfolio, Leadership, Agility Foundations, role-based learning).

  • Mentor cross-functional teams to build collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement; assess workstreams and implement improvements to optimize delivery.

  • Engage stakeholders (product management and leadership), define OKRs, and measure/report coaching outcomes to align Agile practices with business strategy and drive product/portfolio value.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum two years' experience as an Agile Coach with strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, training, and workshop delivery skills.

  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster CSM, ICP-ACC, SAFe) and proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar).

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a demonstrated ability to consult on product strategy and portfolio outcomes.

  • Experience with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and the adaptability, resilience, and proactive approach needed to work with diverse teams and changing environments.
