About the Role

Collaborate with the respective Marketing and sales Teams in developing propositions concept/idea, explore sales opportunities, plan for product launches, campaigns, post-launch and on-going product marketing & activation support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Proposition and sales teams to closely work on product performance, strategize and implement activation programs and activities to meet the targeted sales number.
  • Continuously engage the Distributors to capture on-ground feedback, conduct focus groups discussions and provide support by developing marketing contents and sales tools to support them in marketing the propositions.
  • Responsible for engagements with key collaborators; i.e. distribution channels, life planners & bank partners to gather product feedback, understand their needs, as well as plan and implement the key actions to support the product agreement.
  • Plan, craft [proposition and brand team-art work & copy write], and supervise closely a timely roll-out of the agreed sales tools [iCari materials] to support the identified product(s).
  • Ensure the understanding and better agreement from the distributors on the sales tools developed.
  • Work with Product & Proposition Team Lead to improve the existing marketing materials or the sales tools as needed to improve the efficiency of the materials.
  • Responsible to capture market intelligence, perform product competitive analysis, craft the product materials and share it with the distribution teams to help support sales.
  • Provide ideas/inputs pertaining to products, product concepts, market trends, for new products/product improvement consideration.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education in Actuarial Science (highly preferred) or Marketing.
  • Preferably with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry, combination of product development, product marketing, channel marketing and training.
