Accessioning Clerk - Part-Time - Rotating Shifts

The Accessioning Clerk position is a critical role for the receiving of all specimens for the seven laboratories at LMH.  This role is responsible for receiving specimens,labeling and entering data into the laboratory LIS system. This role also delivers specimens to the proper lab for testing and preparing for sendout/transfer to an external site if required. This role also provides customer service by following up on general specimen collection, ordering or tracking inquiries. Join us and support the laboratory team as an Accessioning Clerk. 

 

This is a part-time position working 3 days per week: Saturday and Sunday day shift (8a-4p) with an additional rotating shift working 1 weekday evening shift (4p-12a) per week . May require rotating holiday coverage as needed.

 

Required Criteria:

• At least 1 year of data entry experience
• Knowledge of Misys Software
• High School Diploma or GED Required
