You are an experienced marketing leader with a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly in the Greater China. You possess exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, having worked with different functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your fluency in both English and Mandarin, coupled with your knowledge of diverse cultural contexts, enables you to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
What You Will Do:
This role within Johnson Controls' Global Marketing team will report directly to Global Marketing VP. You will be responsible for:
Engaging with senior leaders across various functions to drive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Leading cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment and investment in channel expansion activities in Greater China, focusing on both digital and traditional channels.
Collaborating with local marketing teams to enhance marketing execution and share best practices from global and regional efforts.
Leading digital marketing initiatives, including management of the company website, WeChat, LinkedIn, and etc.
Planning and executing events such as the China International Import Expo (CIIE).
Driving thought leadership content and strategies to enhance brand presence in the Greater China region.
What We Look For:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with at least 5 years in a regional or global capacity.
Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand positioning.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and nurturing effective teams.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in digital marketing and event management.
Strong understanding of the Greater China market dynamics.
